Position Details

Minimum Experience: 1 Year

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintaining company’s website and social media presence
  2. Receiving and processing purchase orders
  3. Issuing sales transaction invoices
  4. Verifying orders
  5. Managing customers’ personal information and payment details
  6. Communicating with customers via phone or email to:

   – Address queries

   – Obtain missing information

  1. Maintaining and updating records
  2. Compiling monthly sales reports
  3. Expediting orders through internal liaison
  4. Directing customer feedback to relevant departments
  5. Supporting the marketing department with administrative tasks as needed

What we look for in our guards

The specifics change depending on the specific placements and clients. For example, CCTV work requires additional licenses and corporate work involves more administration.

In general, we look for people who:

  1. Possess a current SIA license
  2. Have a high standard of personal appearance and adherence to uniform requirements
  3. Can adapt to work within different teams and are flexible to suit the needs of the business
  4. Are reliable and punctual
