Delfi Services Ltd (DSL) was established to provide high-quality manned guarding and security services across various industries, including events, corporate, and public sectors. We are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and respecting clients’ involvement in contract improvements. DSL seeks to enhance its market position through rigorous quality control and human resource development. All personnel are screened and trained in line with Security Industry Authority (SIA) standards and relevant British Standards.
We pledge to maintain quality management across all business aspects, providing a framework for setting and reviewing quality objectives. This includes compliance with customer requirements, continuous improvement, and effective process control. The Managing Director ensures resources are available to support these processes. Our quality policy aligns with ISO 9001:2015 principles, incorporating standards like BS7499 for manned guarding. We monitor, measure, and analyze processes to achieve planned results and foster ongoing enhancement.
This policy is available to stakeholders upon request and will be reviewed annually to ensure it meets evolving needs.

Delfi Services Ltd strives to take strict measures to monitor and control health and safety as an integral part of our business operations. All security officers undergo full licensing and training by the Security Industry Authority (SIA), with additional checks like CRB/DBS where required for roles involving vulnerable individuals.
We will, if possible:
- Ensure all working practices and equipment are safe and pose no health or safety risks.
- Safely use, store, and transport substances and materials.
- Provide necessary training, supervision, instruction, and information for a safe working environment.
- Maintain workplaces, equipment, and transport in safe conditions.
- Ensure adequate welfare facilities for employees.

- Provide information on health and safety procedures and consult employees for improvements.

We prohibit smoking, alcohol, or drug use during work. Incidents must be reported, and defects in equipment addressed promptly. This policy will be reviewed regularly for changes.

MODERN SLAVERY POLICY
- Zero Tolerance: Delfi Services Ltd operates a zero-tolerance policy to modern slavery and supports the Modern Slavery Act 2015. Modern slavery includes human trafficking, forced labor, debt bondage, child slavery, and supply chain exploitation. Eradicating it is central to our ethical operations.
- Company Structure: As a UK-based security provider, we operate with SIA accreditation. We conduct annual gap analyses to review policies and procedures related to modern slavery, guiding improvements.
- Supply Chain and Due Diligence: Our supply chain is limited, but we review it annually for risks. We update supplier contracts to require compliance with the Act and perform due diligence.
